Apply renees elements to the appropriate prime face test

An autoworker, Renee Thompson, suffers from carpal tunnel syndrome (a condition that causes pain, numbness and other symptoms in certain nerves located in hands and arms due to compression in the wrists). Renee worked for Braken Automotive for six years during which she was able to perform her job without issue. Recently, however, Braken amended its handbook to include a cross training policy. As part of the cross training policy, all Braken employees are required to rotate through several positions (with different tasks) during a shift. Renee requested Braken allow her to continue in her current position and exempt her from the requirement of rotating through several positions (and tasks) during her shift. Braken refused this request and ultimately fired Renee for insubordination stemming from her refusal to rotate positions during her shift. Renee is considering filing a lawsuit against Braken. Apply Renee’s elements to the appropriate prime face test and list at least two defenses Braken might allege if suit is ultimately filed.
