· Why the team was created and the purpose it serves.
Answer the following questions:
· What type of team is this? (Manager lead, cross-functional, etc.) And why?
· What is the impact that the team is having on the organization?
· Is the impact positive or negative? And why?
· What are some universal lessons other organizations can take away from this?
· If you were to recommend one area that the team in the subject article could improve upon what would that be?
