In fact, Stella wanted to join him in the business as a partner. Her only concern was whether to set up the business right now or wait until they get married and Natty becomes a permanent resident (Green Card) As a business student, you are required to advise Stella on two possibilities:

a. Forms the business before she gets married to Natty.
b. Waits until after she gets married and Natty becomes a US resident (Green card).
