This company has hired you as a consultant to help with their strategic management process. They are in some challenging times and would like you to prepare a slide presentation addressing the following:
- Select one of the environmental scanning tools and apply it. Summarize your results.
- Identify the type of strategy they should pursue now: growth, stability, and retrenchment (justify your response).
