Organizational Culture and Its Importance
i. Describe components of organizational culture.
ii. Analyze why organizational culture is important.
iii. Classify the culture of your chosen organization as a clan, adhocracy, hierarchy, or market culture (Cameron & Quinn, 2011). Be sure to include your data or evidence to support your cultural diagnosis.
iv. Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the culture as you have described it. Include at least one example of each.
v. Call to Action: Propose at least one key step that managers in your selected organization can take to strengthen its organizational culture.
