As an employee of a company that is considering investing in a foreign economy, you have been asked to research a country and make a presentation to your colleagues about an area of economic concern in the country.
1) Select a country in Africa, Asia, or Latin America to research.
2) Select 1 of the following economic concerns to research:
a. Gross Domestic Product (GDP)
b. Unemployment
c. Inflation
d. Quantities of specific goods and services
e. Exports and imports
3) Research data sets for the one economic concern within the country that you have chosen.
4) Write a 5-page report, and answer the following questions:
a. What are 2-3 relationships between the economic concern you selected and that specific country's economy?
b. Support your discussion of the trends with statistical evidence.
i. Use graphs and/or data tables of the variables you chose in the discussion.
c. What trends do you see in the data sets? Explain.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
(1) The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
(2) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
(3) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
