You will conduct research to examine and understand a variety of contextual factors that influence New Genre leadership theory, such as complexity theory, which includes, but is not limited to, gender.
Instructions:
Reflect on the micro-level (day-to-day) interactions, the meso-level interactions that occur across days, and the macro-level interactions that occur across weeks and months within the context of complexity leadership theory.
