Select one of the three theorists-Erikson, Piaget, or Kohlberg-as the subject of your Discussion post. Consider how you might change your theorist's dominant theory on stages of growth to make it more applicable to non-Western cultures.
Post a response in which you do the following:
• Identify the theorist you chose (i.e., Kohlberg, Erikson, or Piaget) and, briefly summarize his main theory on human development and stages of growth.
• Analyze to what degree the theory applies across cultures. Be specific and illustrate your explanation with examples. (Be sure your examples are not just about you or your children.)
• Explain one change you would make to the theory to make it more applicable outside of a Western context, and share your reasoning.
