Find and review criminal procedure guidelines for your jurisdiction, or, if appropriate, use the Uniform Code of Military Justice. For example, click here for a link to California's Title 4 Criminal Rules.
Analyze the various provisions of your selected criminal procedures. Which do you think would be most beneficial for the prosecutor and which for the accused? Why do you think this?
