Employee Selection and Training
1. Examine the role of industrial/organizational psychology in selecting and training employees using the findings from your research.
In your examination, you must include at least two real-world examples of how organizations have used industrial/organizational psychology to select and train employees.
2. Examine the effectiveness of the techniques in your examples and the legal and ethical considerations related to each technique.
3. Analyze the utility of the scientific selection of employees. In your analysis be sure to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of using scientific selection. Provide specific examples of when it may or may not be appropriate to use scientific selection.
