Discussion Post: Corporate Dividends
Analyze the significant rules concerning the manner in which corporations treat the dividends that they are paying.
a) Based on your analysis, recommend at least two changes that you would make to the rules that would be fairer to either the corporation, the individuals receiving dividends, or to both.
b) Support your recommendation with examples of such changes.
