• Documentation of the activities conducted as a part of the community awareness project, which should include pictures, letters or emails, agendas, etc.
• Publicity regarding the community awareness project which may include newspaper articles, flyers, website announcements (screen shots, etc.)
• Programs, pictures or other verification of students presenting the project should beincluded anddated.
• Copies of media articles, radio or TV spot and the program script (if applicable)

Analyze the moralethical, social, cultural, and economic issues related to health practices, healthcare delivery, and health policy. Define the history and scopeof public health nursing, including the core function. Use evidence based practices and the nursing processto guide health teaching, healthcounseling, screening, outreach,disease and outbreakinvestigation,referral, and follow up throughout the lifespan. Explore various community settings for practice with a rural,urban, and global focus.
