Problem
Analyze the major point Laws and Regulations during Hurricane Katrina using Decisive Action in Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA). Student will conduct research and show how each topic, that was individually assigned, played a role in the outcome of Hurricane Katrina. Student will write a four page research paper (not including the outline, reference or title pages) using Times New Roman 12 point font, and APA 6th edition format. Student will provide an additional three references to the base document.

o Laws and regulatory guidance govern the use of the DoD in response to National Emergencies. The Stafford act, Title 10, Title 32, Posse Comitatus Act, Title 14.
o Provided a strong introduction to the importance of the articles, acts and regulations governing the use of the DoD in response to national emergencies.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
