B. Identify the central values at play in the issue. Remember, this unit is focused on values in the family of happiness. So, you should choose an issue where this family of values is particularly relevant.
C. Analyze the issue using Utilitarianism. What, according to the theory, is the problem, and what should be done to solve it?
