Applying Porter's Five Forces Model to your Company
Apply a Porter's Five Forces analysis to the industry your company operates in to determine whether it is, or is not, attractive and profitable. Make certain to analyze the impact of each force on the industry. (Also make certain that you describe each force and its impact in paragraph format and that you explain why it erodes or enhances the profits of your company). At the end of your analysis, you should make a recommendation as to whether you think that the industry that your company operates in is attractive and profitable.
