3) Analyze the correlation of employee depression, absenteeism, and work performance.
4) Evaluate the various options to engage employees and reduce the absenteeism rate.
5) Evaluate an employee absenteeism policy.
6) Formulate a business problem statement to provide stakeholders regarding your research on absenteeism.
