We often hear the phrase "freedom of speech". Equally as often, the phrase is misused or misunderstood. After you have listened to the lecture, recall the First Amendment freedom of speech clause's protected and unprotected speech. Analyze the constitutionality of the following phrases and decide wether they are constitutionally protected or not (explain):
"If you are here tomorrow...I will kill you!"
"ACME Cola - the healthiest drink in town!"
"ACME Cola - it'll save your life!"
"Red Bull gives you wings!"
"If you say you're a (political party) I'm going to knock you out!"
