As the number of elderly individuals in the U.S population increases, so do challenges pertaining to policies, programs, and services targeting this population. Identify a program and/or service available to the elderly, providing information on the policy or legislation leading up to the provision of this resource. The goals of the program/service that you are focusing on and obstacles to achieving this goal as our population ages, including a detailed discussion of all relevant issues;
A detailed discussion of all possible alternatives/solutions aimed at addressing obstacles to success (how would you remedy obstacles to effectiveness and success), and;
A detailed discussion of the alternatives/solutions you would recommend, and why/how these changes would allow the program to meet its stated or ideal goals.

Your paper should be 8-10 pages in length, double-spaced, not including title and reference pages. Use APA formatting, including 1" margins, 12 font, and double spacing. Include page numbers.
