Write a 1,050 to 1,400 word paper that analyzes leadership and correctional reform at the local, state, and federal levels.
For each level, include the following:
o Identify and explain the qualities and capacities necessary for effective correctional leadership.
o Evaluate which managerial style would best fit each type of correctional facility.
o Identify and define key course offerings that would prepare a correctional officer for successful leadership in corrections.
