Analyze how your small group developed throughout the semester. Consider each of the levels of group development (forming, storming, norming, performing). Include relevant details about the makeup of the group, describing significant background factors, the types of communication style used, and leadership and followership styles observed, and how these factors influenced the development or lack of development of your group in reaching the ‘performing' stage of group development.
