1) Review the Work Environment Assessment Template you completed for this Module's Discussion.
2) Describe the results of the Work Environment Assessment you completed on your workplace.
3) Identify two things that surprised you about the results and one idea you believed prior to conducting the Assessment that was confirmed.
4) Explain what the results of the Assessment suggest about the health and civility of your workplace.
Part B: Reviewing the Literature (1 to 2 pages)
1) Briefly describe the theory or concept presented in the article(s) you selected.
2) Explain how the theory or concept presented in the article(s) relates to the results of your Work Environment Assessment.
3) Explain how your organization could apply the theory highlighted in your selected article(s) to improve organizational health and/or create stronger work teams. Be specific and provide examples.
Part C: Evidence-Based Strategies to Create High-Performance Interprofessional Teams (1 to 2 pages)
1) Recommend at least two strategies, supported in the literature, that can be implemented to address any shortcomings revealed in your Work Environment Assessment.
2) Recommend at least two strategies that can be implemented to bolster successful practices revealed in your Work Environment Assessment.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
(1) The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
(2) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
(3) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
