Company Global Transport has been at the cutting edge of solar powered cars, and is currently the leader in the markets. Currently its assembly plan is in Binghamton, NY area. The plant that supplies its main subassembly is also nearby.
As the company sees more demand in the near future, it would like to have another plant just to supply its main subassembly, keeping the final assembly still at the current location in Binghamton area. After an in-depth analysis, the management has come up with four potential locations –Mexico, Germany, China, and India.
