As a new EM, you now have a detailed understanding of the emergency operations plan, which you evaluated. The organization has asked you to present your findings and provide recommendations.
Write a 1,050- to 1,400-word paper in which you:
o Evaluate communication and collaboration between agencies during all phases of emergency management for your EOP.
o Summarize resources available to effectively evaluate the EOP.
o Analyze current policy challenges and opportunities in your EOP.
o Critique how a historical analysis of disasters within a community may influence the EOP.
Based on the weaknesses identified during your evaluation, create a revised portion of the emergency operations plan that incorporates the recommendations that will improve the emergency operations plan for your city and a plan to keep the emergency operations plan current.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
