Compose Conference Presentation on Ethical Negotiations Strategies for Project Managers

Imagine you have been invited to speak at an annual conference for project managers in your industry on the topic of "ethical negotiation strategies for project managers". You must submit an abstract for publication in the conference catalog and a PowerPoint that will be shown to the audience during your presentation.

The abstract should be written in Microsoft Word, be max 500 words long, and must be followed by a series of keywords.

The PowerPoint should address both theoretical concepts on ethics and on negotiation strategies for project managers as well as containing industry-specific examples to illustrate those concepts. You may use your own company as the ‘case' or other companies with which you are familiar.

Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as "speaker notes" for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists.

Support your abstract and presentation with a minimum of three (3) external resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.

Length: 10-12slides (with a separate reference slide)

Notes Length: 50 to 100 words for each slide

List the stakeholders of your current project, or one with which you are familiar, and analyze their degree of influence on the project, the project manager's main influence method regarding that stakeholder. Provide an example that illustrates use of that method. Then, analyze which influence method is most effective and give an example of how that method might work, if different from current. If it is the same, explain why it is effective.
