Take a look back at your results from the previous four rounds of CAPSIM. There are a total of eight rounds, so you are half done at this point. How is your company doing based on the first four years? You should continue working on your analysis of the performance indicators as well as the overall picture of your company to determine if your strategy is working or not. Make any necessary changes during Round 5. One of the reports that you will use to determine your overall success in each round is the "Balanced Scorecard" report. This will provide the best overall picture of how your company performed that year. There are also other good reports to view, and you are encouraged to look at multiple reports to analyze performance.

You are nearing the end of the eight year simulation, so you really want to make sure that your decisions being made at this point are helping to get your company to where it needs to be financially. If you changed any of your strategy in Round 5, Round 6 should show you how those decisions affected your organization, either positively or negatively. Continue to make adjustments as you see fit in order to meet the goals of the organization by the end of Round 8. Organizational Ethics is extremely important to the success of any organization. In your MBA program you learned about globalization, sustainability, and technology. Consider that the company that you are running in the simulation was going to move to the global environment. Choose a country that the organization may open up operations in and analyze that country in terms of its ethics, pertinent laws, and sustainability practices and requirements in relation to those here in the United States. For example, are there ethical differences that would need to be considered when operating in that country? How do the labor laws compare to those in The United States? How will the company have to change its operations in order to fit into the culture of the country?
Length: 2 to 3 pages not including title page and references
Your response should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards.
