Analysis of student learning and knowledge


Select and describe two times during your unit when a student's learning/ performance caused you to modify your instructional plan.

In narrative form of at least 1,000 words in length, address the following:

1. Describe the student's response to a lesson and the reason you felt the student's response warranted a modification to the lesson. The reason can be academic or behavioral. Remember a behavior problem can be a sign the lesson was not engaging and the ultimate solution is to change the lesson.

2. Explain how you determined what modifications were necessary.

3. Explain how you modified your instructional plan based on analysis of student learning and knowledge of best teaching practice.
