Assignment:
1. Open WORKLIFE.sav in SPSS. This data file is a subset of collections of year-specific values from 2008, consisting of 40 variables with 1,719 observations (or responses from participants) taken from the section Quality of Working Life. It has not been cleaned for missing data or outliers. The data was obtained from the GSS through the University of California, Berkeley Web site.
2. Conduct an exploratory data analysis on each of the two scale variables EDUC and FINRELA in the WORKLIFE.sav data set to address missing values and outliers, and to make sure the variables listed under MEASURES on the SPSS variable page are appropriate (i.e. scale).
3. Using the two scale variables, EDUC and FINRELA, and the nominal variable, RACE, test the assumptions for normality, linearity, homoscedasticity, and multi-collinearity. Report only one test for each assumption.
