Provide a description and analysis of proposed legislation dealing with criminal activity. The paper must include:
- Identification of the bill selected (bill number and sponsor)
- Description (in your own words) of what the bill proposes and how it changes existing law.
- Description and analysis of the groups that would have an interest in the proposed legislation.
- Arguments in favor of and opposed to the proposed legislation.
- Your stand on the issue: do you support the adoption of this legislation? Why or why not?
