First Problem : Time management

– Time for decoration the venue is not enough
– Need more decoration

Solution : find more the number of volunteer / find more sponsor because we need money to buy more decorations etc

Second Problem : the number of attendees is lower than expectation(expect 100 but attendees came 46 even We sold 81 tickets: 32 online, 37 paper tickets before the event, 12 on the door.)

Solution : need more advertising , create more activities in event to make it more interesting etc

Third Problem : temperature in the venue too clod

Solution : we can’t solve in this time, However, we can complain to venue about this problem etc

– we can talk about unexpected respond from audiences in this event for example we expect profit from auction about 300 in this event but we got 461 pounds which more that our expectation
