Procedure
1.Search the web for project management software. One resource for project management software is PC WIN.
2.Locate two or three software applications you want to benchmark.
3.Download and install the software applications onto your computer.
4.Using a spreadsheet, compare how the different tools relate to the ten PMBOK® Guide areas (integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk, procurement, and stakeholders).
