The Economics of Immigration
Short Paper: Mankiw has found some excellent newspaper and magazine articles that relate to the course topics.Analyze the assigned"In the News"article and write a short (2-3 page) discussion paper. Please follow APA guidelines.
The short paper should include the following elements.
a. Introduction: Summary and explanation of the article.
b. Statement of the economic principle(s) and/or topic(s) that relates to the situation.
c. Analysis: analyze causes of the event or issue; analyze effects on the market and/or the economy.
d. Conclusions based on your knowledge of economic theory.
e. References (At least two): Citing sources from which you read about the real-world situation or with which you analyze and discuss.
