Choose a song in the genre of music that your MIDI Production is going to be. Analyse the song's musical structure (verse, chorus, bridge etc). Describe how they relate to each other and how their arrangement affects the song's flow. Describe any particular sounds or/and sound effects that are part of the arrangement.
Analyse the mix of the song regarding level and frequency balance, stereo image, automation, panning. Analyse the arrangement of the song with regard to the instruments being used in the performance (for example; what is rhythm section being composed of, which is the lead instrument, what other sounds can be heard in the song etc).
