At 4:30pm, 20 February 2023 you were caught by the Fijian Competition and Consumer Commission displaying and selling expired goods at your mini mart. In your defence, you were due to do stock inventory on the same day the FCCC came for inspection and the goods in question expired on the 19 February 2023.
In IRAC method, analyse the situation using applicable laws and case laws and come to a conclusion what type of consequences you will face, if any.
