Problem: Analyse the expatriation journey of a well-known global worker (e.g. a qualified migrant, a self-initiated expatriate, an expatpreneur or assigned expatriate etc.) in the context of the different theoretical frameworks covered in this course, e.g., development of career capital, mobility diversity, family adjustment, demands versus capabilities framework, identity perspective, dual-career dilemma, organisational justice theory, etc.
