The goal of this project is to reduce risk. Look at the and the Assemble Line detail in the bottom Right Connor of the first layout sheet ( that is the case assumption) and the Guidelines to improve: on the bottom left Connor of the 2nd improvement layout sheet. Identify waste you see in the assemble line and modify your own layout (Draw)
Analyize the both layout and create your own line ldentifing how much you safe in terms of waste
Base on your new layout, you can answer the the remining suestion in the slides that follow.
