- How much did it cost (or has it cost so far) to correct the inaccuracy?
- Did the inaccuracy affect other areas of his or her life (i.e., credit rating, employment, etc.)?
- What lessons did he or she learn that may help others avoid the same ordeal?
- Minimum 1000 words
