An existing power plant has been found to produce so2

An existing power plant has been found to produce SO2 concentration of 20µg/m3 at a distance of 800m directly downwind from the stack when the wind is 4m/s from the north during a class C stability situation. At a later date, another plant is built 200m to the west of the original power plant. It burns 8000kg/hr of fuel oil that contains 0.5% sulfur. The second plant has an effective stack height of 60m and has no SO2 emission controls. For the same atmospheric conditions A)What is the SO2 concentration caused only by the second plant? B)estimate the percent increase in SO2 concentrations at the downwind site due to the second plant.
