An electronic chip internally generates 15 watts of heat

An electronic chip internally generates 1.5 Watts of heat energy that must be dissipated to ensure its reliable operation. A fan, with an exposed area of 10cm^2 is attached to the chip so the heat can be transferred away by convection. Given the surrounding air temperature is at 15 C and the heat transfer co-efficient of the fan is 50 W/m^2/K, what temperature will the chip be operating at when the fan is transferring the required 1.5 W.
