Select a faculty-approved organization that uses an e-commerce site to do business. Grunt Style for an e-company is what I choose. You will need to research at least four other e-commerce websites from businesses within the same industry.
Write a 100-150-word paper that compares the four researched websites and their relation to supply chain management.
Include the following in your paper:
- An analysis of the various types of customer service options available and how these options satisfy different types of customer and consumer needs.
Format your paper consistent with APA guidelines.
