This project consists of the first three steps of the SDLC process:
1.An analysis of a business case
2.A systems analysis
3.A systems design
The business chosen is Bally's Total Fitness Gym which needs computerization or upgrade of the existing computer system. To complete the analysis, use Microsoft Project or a similar software program. Please give adequate detail for each of these steps addressing the business case.
