Prepare a business report on why the SEC is so concerned that corporations use "plain English" in their filings and what it is doing about the issue. In addition, you should include examples from annual reports (10-k) that have used "plain English" and those that have not used it correctly. At least four examples of each should be included in your report. For each example that has not used "plain English" give recommendations as to how the companies can improve then recreate those parts of the annual report to demonstrate your ideas. The report format should follow the example business report discussed in class and provided on Blackboard.
