Ames leased an apartment to Boor and stated in the lease for payments of $600 a month for 16 months. After 2.5 months Boor moved out for because he didn't like the other tenants. Ames and Boor got into a physical altercation. Boor sent the keys to Ames by mail. Ames stated wanted to take every penny possible from him for the lease. Ames states he was renting the apartment Boor abandoned to someone named Clay until the end of the remaining 13.5 months on Boor's original lease. Clay moved in officially on the 1st of the month immediately after Boors abandonment.
