Although the definition of what is a burglary has changed

Although the definition of what is a burglary has changed over time, there are three scenarios presented that raise the possibility that a burglary may have been committed.

1. If a person breaks into a truck to steal the radio, does it constitute burglary?

2. If a person enters a mobile office to assault the occupants, is this burglary?

3.  if a person enters a department store while it is open in order to steal a coat, is this burglary?
