One strategy that can be implemented to manage or maybe prevent conflict all together, is to assign each team member a particular task or tasks and stablish some form of hierarchy based on their experience and time with the company. Knowing what tasks must be completed by each team member and their position on the team, can minimize the risk or prevent conflict from arising. If in any case conflict arises between team members, a collaborating strategy could also be applied, where they will try to find creative solutions that could be beneficial for everyone and most importantly the completion of the project.
