The first attorney wants to hire you as an expert witness to support an inventor who claims to have developed a device that operate in a cycle and delivers 1000 Btu while consuming only 320 Btu per cycle. The second attorney wants to hire you as an expert witness against the same inventor for allegedly defrauding inventors with the invention described by the first attorney.
