My parents always told(isn't this should be tell?)me that I will always get good grades if I read well. I think that is true. It can help you pass time, have a higher understanding of vocabulary, and that it can enhance the brain better than electronic devices.
One reason why reading is better for kids who don't read is because of entertainment. There are books that entertain people, such as comedy, or other genres that people might enjoy. People can focus so hard on reading a good novel, that they even might forget what time it!
