After we decide to focus on cooperating with Newark Empowerment Center, we pay much attention to the researched implementation. Uncertainty makes things and process difficult due to what was needed, speed up the process and whether or not we could obtain items for us to do the further group project.
The participants may lack of time. Their working schedule may conflict on what they want to complete the program with us. We tried to connect all groups of our stakeholders and clarified our purpose to operate this project. Although winter is a good time to provide shelters for those homeless people, it is during the winter break for MBA students. They cannot receive our emails in time or they have not returned back to Newark from the vacation.
