o Watch the short video on business entities. This video helps to explain some of the legal features of a corporation and compares the corporation to other types of business entities discussed in the text.
o This video will explore the advantages and disadvantages of four different types of business structures. These structures are sole proprietorships, partnerships, corporations and LLC's. Please watch this short video before you answer the following discussion questions. You may quote from this video in your answer.
1. Assume you are planning to open your own business upon graduation. Tell us what type of business you would like to open, for example, a restaurant, a consulting business or a landscape business.
2. After watching the above video, and studying your text, tell us what type of business structure you would choose. Such as, one of the abovementioned four structures. To receive all of your points, you have to be specific as to why you picked the structure. For example, you picked a corporation so that you had limited liability, or you picked a partnership because you like to share responsibility.
