  • The medical staff we required training in using the new implemented technology and security around using video and VoIP. The IT staff might also require top-up training so they can be able to maintain the new technology properties and support user.
  • Labour is the major concern in the network design, because the High quality video conference and VoIP required high level skilled worker to implement it.
  • Office space , the office that will be using video conference and VoIP will required reconstruction so it can fit the video conference computer screen, other equipment's (medical) and three or more chair and table locomotion activities.
  • The technical directors are not tolerant to risk, so if the network were to fail, the manager will be sacked and contract will be terminated.
  • There were no social and political constraints, however, mandating use of certain 3 Com or Cisco vendor) and good recommendation we be accepted.
