Discussion: ERP Implementations
After reading the required textbook chapter, answer the discussion questions and give reasons and examples to support your response.
Have you had any prior experience (even as a user) in any ERP implementations? Share your experience. What was your role? What were the tasks involved? What was the final outcome? What would you do differently? What was the role of top management? (If you had no prior experience in ERP implementation, research your possible role as a user in an ERP implementation and respond to the post question).
Use terminology from the chapter in the discussion. Each answer should be a paragraph in length, grammatically sound, and free of spelling errors. During the week, read all your peers' responses and respond to two of them. Your comments should add value to the discussion by posing additional questions and providing further insight.
